Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire’s independent lettings and sales agency specialists St Andrews Bureau will sponsor the two Mini 7 Racing Club races at Castle Combe in front of Live TV cameras on Monday 7 May.
The Dunlop Mini Miglia and Mini Se7en Challenges will race together for the first time in 2012 for two races. The first encounter of the weekend will be the championship race, with points counting towards the 2012 driver titles. The second race later the same day will be a non championship battle, with the packed grid competing for the SAB Trophy and cash prizes of £50 for the pole position holder and £100 the ‘Best Drive’ award in each class.
“We’d like to thank SAB for agreeing to sponsor this non championship race at Castle Combe on Bank Holiday Monday,” said Mini 7 Racing Club Chairman Nick Cooke. “The cash prizes of £50 for pole position and £100 for best driver will certainly add a bit of spice to what is sure to be an exciting race in front of the Motors TV cameras.”
