Max Hunter took his second in of the season at Castle Combe in Round 6 of the Dunlop Mini Se7en Challenge. Championship leader Paul Spark started the race from Pole Position with Tristen Knight joining Spark on the front row. However it was Max Hunter who leapt from row two to challenge Spark for the lead at the end of the opening lap. Paul Spark held on until lap 4 when Hunter was able to get in front but two laps later it was Spark back into the lead, closely followed by Max Hunter and Gareth Hunt and Graeme Davis. Max Hunter was back in front on lap 9 and took the chequered flag a lap later finishing four seconds ahead of Gareth Hunt and Graeme Davis.
