Andrew Deviny won the opening round of the 2010 season at Rockingham ahead of a great scrap between Gareth Hunt, Paul Spark and Max Hunter. Hunt's gearbox failed, spinning his Se7en into the path of the unfortunate Spark, Hunter nipped through to take second and Spark coming home third despite some front end damage to his car. Julian Affleck took the first S Class win of 2010.
